Character Details Edit
Physical Description Edit
Mr. Wilcox wears an old steel pot helmet atop his head, his old WWI coat and and pants, and his old belt. His coat and pants are all olive green with tan rank stripes, and his belt and helmet are dark green. His face is very plain and unassuming.
Mr. Wilcox is a very old and stubborn man, who will show no leniency towards those who won't follow his orders, though he sees this trait as him just doing his job. Since he is also good with a radio, he also helps out with the U.S.O.'s weekly radio broadcast.
Before Mustache Maniacs Film Co. Edit
